What do I need to know before booking my motorhome?

It is essential for us that you know the general conditions about the rental of our vehicles, as we value clarity and transparency in our services.

What type of insurance do I take out when renting a motorhome?

The insurance is fully comprehensive with an excess of 800 €. Damages below this amount with the renter’s fault are deducted from the deposit. It is important to check the vehicle at the time of delivery and record any damage.

What happens if a breakdown occurs during the trip?

The company will indicate the nearest dealer for repair. If it cannot be resolved immediately, travel assistance will accommodate the occupants. Reimbursement for lost days is not contemplated.

What happens if I have an accident with the vehicle?

The contract is automatically terminated and there is no right to reimbursement for unused days.

Can someone other than the person named in the contract drive?

Yes, as long as you are at least 25 years old and have held your driver’s license for at least 2 years.

When and how do I get my deposit back?

Within a maximum of 72 hours after returning the vehicle, after a complete inspection. The refund is made to the same card used.

Is the motorhome completely self-contained?

Yes, it has autonomy in refrigerator, kitchen, hot water, heating, lighting and bathroom.

What is the cruising speed of a motorhome?

Will the motorhome be delivered to me clean?

Yes, they are always delivered clean and disinfected.

For camping:
