SECURITY MEASURES
In compliance with current legislation on data protection, contained in Royal Decree 1720/2007, users are informed that APM has adopted the technical and organizational measures in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned legislation. The personal data collected in the forms are only processed by APM staff or by the Data Processors established herein. The appropriate security levels have been adopted for the data provided and, in addition, all the technical means and measures within their reach have been installed to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the data provided to us.
VERACITY OF THE DATA
The Client or user declares that all the data provided by him/her are true and correct and undertakes to keep them updated, communicating any changes to APM. The user will be responsible for the veracity of his data and will be solely responsible for any disputes or litigation that may result from the falsity of the same. It is important that, in order for us to keep the personal data updated, the user informs APM whenever there has been any change in them. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible for the veracity of the data.
DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
APM has the duty to inform the users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either by sending e-mails or by filling in the forms included in the website. In this sense, APM will be considered responsible for the data collected through the means described above.
In turn, APM informs users that the purpose of the processing of the data collected includes the attention of requests made by users, the inclusion in the contact agenda, the provision of services and the management of the business relationship. The operations, management and technical procedures that are carried out in an automated or non-automated way and that make possible the collection, storage, modification, transfer and other actions on personal data, are considered as personal data processing.
All personal data collected through the APM website, and therefore considered as personal data processing, will be included in the files declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency by APM.
APM makes available to users a series of telematic mechanisms for the collection and processing of their personal data, for the purposes set out above. Specifically:
- The personal data provided in person, by telephone or telematically, either through email, contact forms on this website or online contracting will be obtained and processed by internal staff of the company, and incorporated into the CUSTOMERS/SUPPLIERS file for the commercial and administrative management of customers and users of the company.
- The personal data provided telematically will be processed through servers managed by APM. The servers are located in Spanish territory, and the company that manages them complies with the security measures required by the LOPD for the processing of personal data.
- As established by the LSSICE, APM undertakes not to send commercial communications without identifying them as such. For these purposes, information sent to customers for the maintenance of the existing contractual relationship will not be considered as commercial communication.
- In any case, only the data necessary to perform the contracted service, or to adequately respond to the request for information made by the user will be obtained.
- Occasionally, personal data will be provided through links to third party websites. In this case, at no time will APM personnel have access to the personal data provided by the Client to such third parties.
- The server where this website is hosted uses cookies, which are stored on the visitor’s computer. Cookies are small files that contain certain information about the visit to the web, such as the day and time when the visit begins, when it is abandoned, as well as information about the different sections consulted. If the user wishes, he can configure his browser to warn him if he is going to receive a cookie, or to avoid receiving them, which will not prevent him from accessing the web. The collection of personal data through web browsing (cookies) is explained in our section COOKIES POLICY.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999, on the Protection of Personal Data grants interested parties the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. Insofar as the user’s data are processed by APM, they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data.
To make use of the exercise of these rights, the user must contact, providing documentation proving their identity (ID card or passport), by email to info@autocaravanaspalmademallorca.com, or by written communication to the following address: Lluís Gabriel, Bauzà Mayol, C/ Pere Capellà, 10 – 07230 – Montuïri – Palma de Mallorca, or the address that is replaced in the General Data Protection Register. Such communication must reflect the following information: Name and surname of the user, the request, address and supporting data.
The exercise of rights must be performed by the user himself. However, they may be executed by a person authorized as legal representative of the authorized person. In this case, documentation must be provided to prove this representation of the interested party.
COMMUNICATION OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
APM will not transfer or communicate your data to any third party, except in the cases legally foreseen or when the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor, and always in accordance with the general conditions approved by the user prior to the contracting of the same. Thus, when contracting our services, the user accepts that some of them may be, totally or partially, subcontracted to other persons or companies, which will be considered as Data Processors (article 3.g of the LOPD), with whom the corresponding confidentiality contract has been agreed, or adhered to their privacy policies, established in their respective web pages. You also agree that some of the personal data collected may be provided to these data processors, when necessary for the effective performance of the contracted service. The user may refuse the transfer of your data to the data processors, by written request, by any of the means previously referenced.
VALIDITY
This privacy and data protection policy has been drafted as of 30/07/2015, and may vary depending on changes in regulations and jurisprudence that may occur, being the user’s responsibility to read the updated document, in order to know their rights and obligations in this regard at all times.
