Easter in Pollença:
It is one of the areas of Palma de Mallorca where the Holy Week is lived with greater fervor. The act par excellence of this festivity in this locality is the levado to carry out the day of Good Friday, also known as the Davallament. During this act, which was declared of Tourist Interest in 1968, what is done is to unhook an articulated Holy Christ located at the top of the Calvary and its subsequent descent down the 365 steps of access to reach the streets of the town.
